The mastermind behind Las Palmas' cocktail programme, Ron is a multi-award-winning bartender whose passion has led him from the Philippines to Singapore through Macau and Hong Kong.

Ron's interest in bartending was sparked in university when he saw schoolmates flairing in a bartending class and found it cool. While he got the lowest score in flairing that semester, he pushed himself, practised tirelessly, and topped his class the next semester.

After graduation, Ron started his bartending career in City of Dreams, Manila. In 2016, he moved to Macau as a Senior Bartender at The Macallan Whisky Bar & Lounge for 6 years, crafting drinks with 500 different labels of whiskeys.

Ron loves working with whiskeys for his creations, and has attained various awards in Hong Kong including 1st place in Campari Asian Bartender Competition Hong Kong and Macau in November 2019.

With more than a decade of bartending experience, Yuji is a master of his craft. He's your go-to mixologist for off-the-menu cocktails, blending his rich experience from the Philippines and in Singapore, where he was born into a Japanese Peranakan family.

Hailing from Philippines, Glyzsa has always been working in the service line as she loves interacting with people. Her cheery personality and smile is one not to miss!

Glyzsa keeps an open mind and attitude, always keen in learning new things, and enjoys spending time on things she's passionate about such as providing quality customer service and being of assistance to fellow colleagues. She hopes to contribute positively to the team.

On her off days, she's out exploring the latest cafes in town, and enjoying the outdoors on beach trips.
